Living Yoga Sydney has been offering yoga classes in Hunters Hill since 2001. Our principal, Jana Palm, trained and worked in the US and NZ, and has been assisting people using  these skills over the past 30 years. She is certified in massage therapy, yoga, Reike and Pranic Healing and offers private sessions and has experience in personal coaching. She also teaches meditation.     Jana Palm An introduction to Baba Muktananda in Siddha Yoga in 1980 established Jana's use of mantra and meditation. She later added the physical side of Hatha yoga, studying with a few teachers of various yoga styles, but is most influenced by the Satyananda yoga teaching and is a associate member of SYTA. 


Occasionally a substitute teacher will take a class. Always qualified to look after students.
